Arda Ates

As a planning, delivery, and event management specialist who has delivered major events across the globe, Arda has a firm belief in the power of sports. With a portfolio spanning Summer and Winter Olympic Games, Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games and European Championships, he recognizes sport’s ability to transform people to be better – both individually and globally. Whether someone is an athlete, spectator, or part of the team building a venue, they have an opportunity to effect positive change.

Arda embraces this aspect of transformation in a very literal sense. As Director Project Services, he leads teams that are responsible for developing and implementing procurement, contract, and supplier management strategies, ensuring the high standards required for the world-class venues and environments that BaAM creates – from start to finish. And he lives out his appreciation of sports in his free time, too – hiking, biking, skiing, playing volleyball, and sailing whenever he can!
