Fueled by curiosity and collaboration, Racha brings a balance of lighthearted energy and laser-focused drive to her role as Procurement Specialist. After getting her procurement start in the mining industry, Racha has a knack for digging deep and streamlining complex processes.

Racha finds joy in building things (one of her hidden talents is actually IKEA furniture builds!) – but she especially appreciates when her special projects bring people together. Outside of work, she recharges by running, cooking, and chasing her next intellectual challenge.
